CHAIR YOGA
A great class class for working on balance and flexibility without getting on the floor, worrying about falling, or being strong enough to do certain stretches. Can be as challenging as you want.

I CAN HELP YOU IMPROVE!
As we get older, regular exercise is one of the most important things we can do for our health and wellness to support disease prevention and quality of life. You don’t have to feel weak, not flexible, unbalanced, in pain, etc. My exercise classes will help with those negative effects of aging or lack of movement.
Each class will work the entire body with additional focus on shoulders, hips, and back for a balanced total body workout and stretch. My instruction includes variations and modifications where everyone can participate at their own personal level and intensity regardless of experience in exercise..
There is no pressure in my classes. They are small and private with a supportive and comfortable atmosphere. I also have put down a bamboo 3/8” anti-fatigue foam floor for a softer surface! This is great for those who like or need a little more comfortable padding when on knees and back.
Yoga mats are provided for free or bring your own. All classes are 50 minutes long. Everyone is welcome regardless of ability!
~NO drop in attendance-by appointment only. MUST purchase and book online to attend a class. May schedule from 2 months to 1 hour in advance of class start time. 24 hour cancellation notice, or you will be charged for class.
AHA recommends at least:
~150 min a week of moderate intensity exercise & 2 days a week of strength training.
