If you are purchasing a Class Pack, you will be emailed an order receipt with a code for redeeming when you want to book any class. You can click the SCHEDULE link in email for fast scheduling or you can click on the LOGIN button to the right of this screen to make an appointment if you have signed up for an account.

When you come to the studio for first time, you will need to fill out a waiver of release before participating.

What to bring: (optional) yoga mat, towel, & water bottle. *If you do not have a yoga mat, no worries! I have yoga mats for use, no charge. I also have yoga mats for sale.

There is a private bathroom for participants only.

Purchases are non-refundable & non-transferable. However, you may share your classes and bring a guest. Just sign up twice for the class you choose to attend with your guest.

Tina's Fitness Studio is located upstairs in Southeast Furniture (across from Costco). Enter through Southeast Furniture far right door and go up the stairs to the left.
