Exercise is a LIFESTYLE for your health and wellness.
In class you will be learning about the body and participating in many types of stretches, balance skills, and body weight exercises that work the entire body. With that knowledge, we will then be able to create a personal exercise routine that is personal and works for you. You can improve your fitness level and make aging more graceful while making exercise part of your lifestyle for health and wellness. There is no pressure and you do what you are comfortable with.
We will be working with many props and pieces of equipment to make fitness fun!
